To freeze, place the object in a Ziploc bag and freeze it for a minimum of two hours. Make sure it's at room temperature and remove any plastic bags before using for heat therapy. If you require more heat, microwave it for an additional five seconds after the initial ten seconds. Pull it lightly onto your head and allow it there for around fifteen minutes to apply. To clean it, hand wash it with a moist towel; do not immerse it in water. Instead of putting it in the washing machine, let it air dry.
